About orders

If an item is out of stock, you can contact customer service to inquire about its availability, or you can pre-order it, and we will do our best to restock the item as soon as possible.

Changes to your order can only be made before the product is shipped. Please contact customer support.
Please note that you can only change to an item of the same price or an item with a higher total price than the original order amount.

We can only combine your orders before the items are shipped. Please contact customer support.

You can only change your shipping address before your order is shipped. Please contact customer support. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to change your shipping address.

Once an order is completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you made an order mistake due to selecting the wrong product, please contact customer support and we will be happy to change the product, but only before it is shipped.

You can pay securely via PayPal by creating a PayPal account and registering your credit card.

If we are unable to confirm payment due to the orderer's intentional or negligent actions, such as if the orderer makes a payment using a method other than the one specified by our company, we shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the orderer or other third parties.

The purchaser must comply with the terms of the purchaser's own contract with PayPal.

In addition, if any dispute arises between you and PayPal regarding the use of your PayPal account, you must resolve it yourself.

About product delivery

Delivery method of the product: Shipping of the product

Each of our products is shipped from a different location.


⚫︎ Regular products: Shipped from Rakuten warehouse and in accordance with Rakuten warehouse regulations.


⚫︎ Some products, such as special products and custom-made items, will be shipped directly from Taiwan by international air freight carrier OCS (All Nippon Airways Group).

1. Products shipped from Rakuten warehouse

Unless otherwise specified, the timing of product delivery is as follows:

⚫︎ Advance payment (e.g. bank transfer)
We will ship your order within 2 business days after confirming your payment.

⚫︎ Payment methods other than those listed above (e.g. credit card)
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2 business days.

*In the case of prepayment, the estimated delivery date may change depending on the timing of payment.

2. Products shipped directly from Taiwan (special products, custom-made products, etc.)

⚫︎ International air transport will be shipped directly from Taiwan to Japan by OCS (All Nippon Airways Group).

⚫︎ Due to cross-border shipping, it will take at least 7 days from the time of shipping notification to arrival.

⚫︎ Delivery may take longer during special holidays such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays, or depending on the delivery area.

Depending on the release date, we may not be able to deliver on the desired delivery date.

Depending on the release date, shipping may take longer than normal products.

Pre-order items cannot be shipped together with regular items.

Returns, defective products, and cancellations

We will accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

⚫︎ If the product is defective: Returns and exchanges are possible

⚫︎ If the customer makes an order mistake (ordering the wrong product): Only exchanges are possible.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

⚫︎ Returns due to refusal to accept

⚫︎ Return/exchange of products with tags removed

⚫︎ Return/exchange of a single-use product

⚫︎ Return/exchange of products damaged or soiled by the customer

⚫︎ Returns/exchanges for products that have been received within 7 days or longer

⚫︎ Returns due to customer convenience (If the product you received does not fit your bag due to a customer ordering error, we can only accept exchanges)

[Notes when returning or exchanging defective products]

Please contact customer support in advance to inform us that you wish to return or exchange the product, and then ship the product cash on delivery to the address specified by us within 48 hours.

Please be sure to send the item to the return address via Yu-Pack (Japan Post Co., Ltd.) with cash on delivery.

Please note that we may not be able to accept returns sent using methods other than Yu-Pack.

To avoid vibration during transportation, do not use packaging that is too large.

When returning the product, please ensure that it is new, unused, clean and in good condition, and include the shipping receipt.

Regarding defective products:

This refers to mistakes, color errors, damage, breakage, dirt, etc. that occur during the manufacturing and packaging process of the product, but does not include damage to the outer packaging box.

If you discover a defective product within 48 hours of receiving it, and it is new and unused, please contact our customer support via email or LINE and send us a photo of the defective part.

Our customer support team will endeavor to exchange the product for a new one as soon as possible.

Please note that after 48 hours, we will only be able to provide exchanges.

To return a defective product, please contact us and follow the instructions from our customer support team, then send it to the return address via Yu-Pack (Japan Post Co., Ltd.) with cash on delivery.

Please note that we may not be able to accept returns sent using methods other than Yu-Pack.

Regarding customer order errors:

If the product you received does not fit your bag due to a mistake in your order, we can only accept an exchange.

Please contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving your item to let us know the design style of the item you would like to exchange.

Please follow the instructions of our customer support and return the product to the designated return address in Japan with shipping charges prepaid.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you send the product cash on delivery. After we receive the product and confirm that it is new, unused, and without defects, we will ship you a replacement product immediately.

Please note that the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience under any circumstances.

For defective products that you do not wish to exchange, please contact customer support.

After confirmation, we will refund the amount in the following ways:

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account. The actual refund date and time will depend on the processing by each card company.

If you paid with PayPal, we will refund your payment to your PayPal account.

The time it takes for the refund to be reflected will depend on the processing status of PayPal.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges In the event of a product exchange due to customer reasons, such as a customer ordering error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the product to us, so please be sure to return it prepaid. Please also note that the shipping costs for shipping the new replacement product will also be borne by the customer. In addition, we will cover the shipping costs when returning a defective product.

Under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, sales on this website are not subject to the cooling-off period. The cooling-off period is a system designed to protect customers from forced sales, such as door-to-door sales. However, this system does not apply to mail-order sales, which customers can fully consider at their own discretion.

If you are unable to receive your order and if you would like to have it redelivered:

If you are not available to receive the product at the time of delivery, the package we sent will be stored by the delivery company for 7 days. If you contact us within 7 days, we can redeliver it. If 7 days have passed, the package will be returned to us, but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the product after it has been returned.

Product Information

This moisture-proof bag pillow has a patented design and is fully custom-made for luxury brand bags, preventing the bag from losing its shape and preventing moisture from building up inside the bag.

Pillow core material:

LUXE series: bamboo charcoal shape memory cotton containing bamboo charcoal extract

CHIC series: Polyester fiber yarn containing bamboo charcoal extract

Fabric cover: Made from satin formal dress fabric, which has been tested in washes to ensure it remains soft and protects the delicate leather inside the bag.

Manufacturing: All handmade in Taiwan.

Expiration date: If used properly, it can be used for more than four years.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Hand wash the fabric cover and let it air dry. The pillow core contains bamboo charcoal and should not be washed.

This patented inner bag is fully custom-made for luxury brand bags. It is made of a single material, is lightweight, and leaves no marks inside the bag after use.

Material: Satin fabric for formal dresses, with a waterproof TPU coating.

Manufacturing: All handmade in Taiwan.

Expiration date: If used properly, it can be used for more than four years.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Hand wash is recommended. Do not spin dry and allow to air dry.
